A PR2 or above homepage is desireable, but not required. Our objective is to link to relevant sites with a well formatted directory. Link partners with PR ranks lower than PR3 is expected to improve their ranking.. Link popularity and SEO are our goal.

MSN has recently discontinued reporting results for the operator "'Link:' As such, your Google page rank has decreased. The Link Popularity tools are no longer able to report MSN results. Perhaps, Microsoft is making a statement. More information regarding their decision is on the MSN BLOG

Resolution: Perhaps, Google should contact MSN and work out a solution to re-establish the operator 'Link'. We are losing 1500 links on Google's PR tool as a result of the MSN decision.
