Q : When will my order be shipped?

A : Allow 24 to 72 hours for all orders to be processed excluding office closings, weekends and holidays. Each shipping week cuts-off at 12:00 pm on Fridays. Orders placed after the cut-off are automatically pushed to Monday. For example... you place an order on a Monday at 12:00 pm and you request expedited United Parcel Service (UPS) Next Day Air Service. Here are three possible shipping scenarios: 1) 24 hours - Shipped Tuesday and delivered Wedesday. 2) 48 hours - Shipped Wednesday and delivered Thursday. 3) 72 hours - Shipped Thursday and delivered Friday. Our default delivery method is UPS GROUND. Rush orders will cost more.

Q : What is the shipping/handling rate for jewelry?

A : Our flate rate for shipping is $6.00 regardless of the number of items ordered. Our jewelry comes from a different supplier. A $3.00 handling charge is applied to each order from you (the customer) plus shipping. To make up this difference, $3.00 will be added to our discount rates.

Q : What are your shipping methods for jewelry?

A : Our supplier says, "In some cases orders may be shipped via the United States Postal Service (such as military APO/FPO addresses). United States Postal Service orders are shipped Parcel Post or Priority Mail, not insured, and tracking is not always available." However, it is Southeastern Giftware's policy to insure all jewelry items with online tracking. We will make sure this is done or we will refund your money. Again, this is a new supplier.

Q : Do you allow back orders?

A : Yes. 1) If less than or equal to 50% of an order is back ordered the remaining order items will automatically ship unless otherwise requested. Orders with more than 50% back ordered items will be automatically refunded in the same method in which the order was paid (credit card, paypal, etc).
2) All back ordered items that do not ship will be automatically refunded in the same method in which the order was paid (credit card, paypal, etc).
3) If there is only one item on your order and that item is out of stock, the entire order will be cancelled and you will be automatically refunded for the entire order in the same method in which you paid (credit card, paypal, etc).

Q : Is there another way to purchase jewelry?

A : Yes. We can send you an html email payment button with the PayPal Payment Wizard. Let us know if you want a secure payment button. Please use the Contact Form on each product page.

Q : Can I refuse an order if I change my mind?

A : Yes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all refused drop shipments. We will deduct a 20% restocking fee from your refund. If the shipment is obviously damaged, we advise you to accept delivery and resolve the matter with the shipper. See CARRIER LOSS, DAMAGE AND PILFERAGE. To reship a refused drop shipment a new order will need to be created with new shipping and handling charges.There's more information below on this matter.

Q : Can I return my order?

A : Yes. Call us or send email.
1) Return notifications must be made immediately. Our SECONDARY supplier allows only 10 days for Southeastern Giftware to issue a return notification from our customers.
2) Damaged products will be replaced at no charge.
3) All returns shipping back to the supplier or to Southeastern Giftware will be paid for by the buyer.
8) You are solely responsible for all shipping charges to return merchandise.
9) Defective or damaged merchandise including any original freight and handling fees will be refunded to you upon receipt of merchandise.
10) Non-defective merchandise will be refunded the original invoice price less shipping and handling charges and a restocking fee of 20% for orders 1 to 45 days old, 30% for orders 46 to 90 days old from the invoice date.
11) Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an inner shipping box with enclosed documentation and parts.
12) Replacements must be reordered including new shipping and handling charges.
13) Returns older than 90 days from the invoice date VOID with no acceptions.

Q : CARRIER LOSS, DAMAGE AND PILFERAGE?

A : Call us or send email IMMEDIATELY.
1) Claims for lost, damaged or stolen shipments must be reported IMMEDIATELY.
2) If a claim has been filed with the shipping company a claim number must be supplied when you report the lost, damage or stolen shipments to us.
3) Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should ALL be saved.
4) The shipping company may require an on-site inspection before the shipment can be returned to us.

Q : MIS-SHIPMENT, MIS-BILLINGS AND SHORTAGES?

A : Call us or send email IMMEDIATELY.
1) Mis-shipments, mis-billings and shortages must be reported immediately. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should ALL be saved.
2) Mis-shipments are credited to us by our supplier in full upon notification. Any incorrect product shipments will be temporarily invoiced to Southeastern Giftware for inventory purposes until the item or items are returned. Any refunds due will be refunded by the payment method you used to place your order. This refund will offset the invoice amount including shipping/handling.
3) Replacements must be reordered including new shipping and handling charges.
4) Duplicate orders and extra merchandise shipped must be reported. Refuse the second shipment or return the extra merchandise. We will refund the return charge. It is best to refuse duplicate shipments.
5) If proven that Shipping made the error, a Returns Authorization Tag will be sent to you to return the product freight free. When the merchandise is returned a full credit will be given to Southeastern Giftware and you will be refunded by the method used to place your order (i.e. PayPal, Credit Card, Check.)

Q : CANCELLATIONS?

A : Call us or send email IMMEDIATELY.
1) We have to call the supplier. If an order can not be canceled we will not receive a credit until the merchandise is returned. No Return-No Credit--No Refund.
2) If an order can not be canceled the order will be handled as a regular return.
3) If an order can not be canceled you will not receive a refund for the shipping and handling charges.
2) All orders will be automatically cancelled in 48 hours of being placed if there is no response to emails or messages left letting you know that there is a problem or for slow payment.
