The Privacy Policy below governs any information you provide on this site when using the Join Address List Form, Mail Order Form, Add to Cart buttons, and Buy Now payment buttons. When you submit your information you authorize South Eastern Giftware to use your information to facilitate the processing of your purchase orders and inquiries at Southeastern Giftware. Your personal financial information is not received from our payment processor and is requested on our Order Form. Contact PayPal for any questions you may have concerning your payment information and your PayPal account.

A. Overview

In order to operate Southeastern Giftware service and to reduce the risk of fraud, Southeastern Giftware ("SeGiftWare" or "we") must ask you to provide us information about yourself. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information. Southeastern Giftware takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties. However, as described in more detail in Part C below, there are limited circumstances in which some of your information will be shared with third parties, under strict restrictions, so it is important for you to review this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all services that are hosted on the Southeastern Giftware Web site, whether the services are offered by Southeastern Giftware, or by its subsidiaries

B. Information We Collect

Transaction Information
When you use PayPal to send money to Southeastern Giftware, we request you to provide information related to each transaction, including the amount of the transaction, the type of transaction (purchase of goods), confirmed mailing address and the e-mail address. This information is included in your payment notification to our business email address. We retain this information for each of your transactions through your payment notification. PayPal collects and retains the Internet address (IP address) of the computer or device you use to access your PayPal account, in order to help detect possible instances of unauthorized transactions. Your IP address is not provided to Southeastern Giftware.

Order Form
When you use the Order Form to submit an order, we request you to provide information related to each product on the order form, including the amount/description of each product, your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number and country, and payment type, i.e credit card, shopping cart, money order, and personal checking. We retain this information for each of your form submissions.

C. Our Use and Disclosure of Information

Internal Uses
We collect, store and process your personal information via our forms hosting service at http://www.buddydata.com. We access your information on a secure server using secure login. We use the information we collect about you in order 1) to provide our services and process your orders, 2) to provide customer service, 3) to determine your eligibility to receive offers for products, such as catalog subscriptions, new additions to our product line, special sales and 4) to improve our products and services. At your option (as indicated on our Order Form), we use the information you provide to access specific third party services on your behalf and perform the actions that you request us to perform, such as invoicing your orders to our corporate office. We give access to individually identifiable information about our users only to those employees who require it to fulfill customer service requests.

D. Information Security

Southeastern Giftware is committed to handling your customer information (Address List Entry/Order Form) with high standards of information security. Your information is accessed and downloaded from the server by the owner of this web site and stored in our customer/client database located on a removable media device. We restrict access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, and procedural safeguards to guard your public personal information. Your nonpublic financial information is restricted and accessed by the owner of segiftware.com.

E. Accessing and Changing Your Information

You can edit the personal information you provided us and make any desired changes to such information only if you have an account with us or are subscribed to the address list; submitted an Order Form, or made a sales transaction on our web site. To edit your information, send a completed Address List Form. To inactivate your information click Subscriptions. Copy and paste Unsubscribe into the email subject line and press Send. We highly recommend a mailing list subscription. If you close your address list subscription, we will mark your account in our database as "Closed," but will keep your account information in our database. This is necessary in order to deter fraud, by ensuring that persons who try to commit fraud will not be able to avoid detection simply by closing their subscription and opening a new subscription. However, if you close your subscription, your personally identifiable information will not be used by us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement.
