Drop Shipments (Wholesalers Only):
It is Southeastern's policy to ship orders to the merchant's confirmed mailing address. However, we will drop ship to your customer in accordance with charges listed in the logon freight chart and your confidential price list. SEGiftware's information will appear on the shipping labels and invoices. For orders over $30.00, the $2.50 fee is waived.
Include the drop ship address in the message section of your Order Form (on the Navigation Bar) or Fast Action Order Form "Yellow" #4334 (included with your startup kit). We do not drop ship internationally nor to Canada.
We provide a flat shipping rate of $10.00 + 0.50 fuel charge to retail shoppers for orders under $30.00. The logon freight chart rate will apply to members/merchants.
Minimum Order:
There is no minimum order for registered merchants. However, we encourage merchants to avoid the $2.50 service fee by submitting orders over $30.00 and not less than $7.95.
Retail DHL Service:
Rush Orders are expensive. For orders under $30.00, the fee for this service is $26.50 to zones 2-8. For orders $30.00 - $499 (total merchandise ÷ 3 x 65%). Orders $500.00 and over (total merchandise ÷ 3 x 60%). 1/3 of your cost divided by the percentage is only an estimate, not a guarantee.
Collect Taxes (Wholesalers Only):
Set your own selling price. Calculate your shipping based on your confidential price not your selling price. Calculate taxes based on confidential price x 10% for Alabama. Remit Taxes: Ala 10% | California 9.25% | Arizona 5.6%. Send CALIF, ALA & ARIZ taxes with payment for orders. File local tax(sales/use) with your local tax authority.
How to Submit Orders (Wholesalers Only):
Please submit all orders on the Online Order Form. We will respond with your order details. You may complete the transaction on the Special Orders Page: Special Orders. Exception: Merchants may make purchases using the Add to Cart Buttons on any product page; receive the same discount as regular shoppers. Supply products/business cards listed on the Wholesale Distributor Page are for registered merchants and merchants who want to open new accounts.
